Monitoring gas

How does your dealership monitor gas slips for dealership vehicles/new vehicles/used vehicles so that employees don't fill up their personal vehicle(s) on their own?



We have gas cards, however, this can easily be abused and is next to impossible to reconcile.

Managers must sign and the gas station must put down the license plate number of the slip. We will also, on occassion call the station to confirm the car, if we still see it on the lot.  Merry Christmas, Happy Chanukah and Merry Kwanza.
