It seems I have a lot of people on the front lines in the dealerships that seem to agree with me on these issues. JIM
I love it !!!and glad that I am not the only one thinking these guys are just trying to push a new product!!!

I have to tell you, what I like most about your article is your straight forwardness with no holding back on your opinions! I think a lot of people are so afraid to voice the truth, do to trying to please the mass crowds!

I'm a Gross is King type of Car Guy myself! What truly gets me, is rather than blame the people who offer this kind of crap to dealers, it's the dealers who buy into this crap who should be examined.

I was brought into this business with the motto of "Get the Units AND Get the Gross or AUDIOUS!!!

I feel so very fortunate that I learned from the leaders who trained me from the start, and that I truly know the difference between efficiency selling for the maximum profit, verses selling volume for loss of money! It makes absolutely no sense to sell cars and lose money, but yet even the best of Auto Dealers do it to compete.

I say it's about time for the auto industry to unite, and decide to never sell a car for lack of or loss of profit! Take all the information available for the customers who can figure out cost, and let them know that it doesn't matter and the price will be profitable.

Take those apples, and enjoy your vehicle...

With so much emphasis on customer service, it's time to emphasize selling cars for fun and profit...
