Only a few weeks ago, we opened a new showroom in South London and my husband will handle all of its maintenance and insurance matters. Although the garage section is in a good condition but we are looking for maintenance for both the office section and the garage area. Therefore, we are thinking to benefit from this property maintenance company in South London and hopefully, these guys would be able to handle flooring, plumbing, painting and furniture assembly tasks with great care. 

Do you think a property maintenance service or a handyman service company is the solution to our query? If not then what do you guys suggest then? 

Secondly, we have taken a vehicle and dealership coverage policy from a local dealer, but some insurance agents are also suggesting us to get an essential man coverage plan because my husband is the key man to generate sales.

When we searched for key man insurance providers in the UK, then we find this company a little reliable with reasonable quotes. Do you think we should get a key man coverage plan from this insurance firm? Or should try some other programs?

I am looking for your comprehensive responses with perfect bits of advice.
