Office Manager Pay Plan

Does anyone have a good pay plan for an office manager? She does payroll, HR, and the accounting. Currently taking til appx the 20th of each month to close out previous month and produce a financial statement, and were gonna make some changes. Just curious to whats out there.

I am a sales professional at this time. But, when I was an office/business manager my pay plan was a salary position. In addition to the salary I recieved a bonus for closing the financial statement by the 10th of the month. In encouraged me to get it done and work dillegently throughout the month getting deals posted, sales professional payroll correct and offer mid-month or weekly reports to my department heads to clear up some details before the month closed.
