Photo and Video Distribution

We are looking for a new inventory management service to distribute photos and videos (we use vAuto for pricing---great company). We take all pictures and videos in house and want this to remain the same. We currently use Vin Solutions to push all pricing, photos, and video to Cars.com, AutoTrader, website, You Tube, Dealix, eBay etc. We are not satisfied with the level of service Vin Solutions provides as we’ve had nothing but problems since we started with them in October. Can anyone recommend a reliable inventory management service or data service provider? We’re trying to make the process of photo and video distribution as simple as possible with the fewest vendors (eg there always seems to be a problem btwn Vin Solutions, Homenet, and/or our website provider/3rd parties with feeds or changes one company makes that the others don’t know about). This company needs to have the ability to handle both photos and video and be able to push accurate pricing and inventory counts to all major third-party sites as well as automatically feed new and used videos to one of our You Tube accounts. We’ve worked with Vin Solutions and Dealer Specialties (their service wasn’t bad, however, the product didn’t quite fit what we were looking for) so any suggestions other than these two would be appreciated.

I have learned that what works for one dealer may not always work for another. I love VinSolutions and think they are amazing. At the same time if you need a change, I would say take a look at HomeNet.

We send photos and videos from Vin Solutions to Homenet already (have to go to Homenet to reach our website). It has been nothing short of a nightmare with Vin Solutions that has been documented in dozens and dozens of e-mails by my staff.

We started using Aultec, Inc through TrinitySuite last year, and regarding the inventory management, they have been very helpful. They promptly set up all our 3rd party vendors with the inventory, integrates well with our website, and they have an exclusive "Do it Yourself" program, or they can take the pictures for you which is how we use them. I don't know how they are with video, we don't use that service. They have been pretty inexpensive too, and the level of customer service is fantastic.
