I'd love to know what other dealers think of this and if they'll follow suit...

"Walser this week will launch its “Price Match Protection” feature, which promises to match a competitor’s price for up to 14 days after a sale. If a customer sees a lower advertised price at a dealership within 25 miles during that time, they will be reimbursed the difference."
Jessica - Personally, I have never liked this type of "marketing". It may work in some instances and locations but it is a very lazy way to advertise. Treat your customers fair and right from the get go. I always hated it when a customer gets a price from another dealership, comes to our dealership to get a price, and then goes back to the previous dealership to match or beat our price. I have told many customers that if they were being treated fairly by the first dealership, they would have given them that price right away. Like I said, it may work but just not my cup of tea :)
