What are some of the best practices out there for getting your customers to write a review, without you standing over them?  I have been to several auto conferences, but i know there are always different opinions.  Reviews are something we eant to tackle big time in the coming year, and would like to see what my peers have to say.  Any and all comments are appreciated.
