Royal Gate Dodge Chrysler Jeep is currently looking to hire an Experienced Automotive Finance Manager. Previous automotive finance experience is REQUIRED! A strong PVR and an above average CSI are also REQUIRED! Secondary Finance experience is also a PLUS! Impeccable references are a must. This is a BIG TIME opportunity for individuals in the Columbia and St. Louis areas with previous F & I experience to further their careers with a well-respected Dealership.  We are a top buying dealer and have the largest inventory of any dealer in the area!

Responsibilities:

Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers with nonprime/subprime credit.

Seek new lending institutions and maintain good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.

Process financing and leasing deals accurately and secure approval through financial sources.

Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used-vehicle and finance departments.

Create and maintain a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department.

Train and provide the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership’s financing and extended service programs.

Must have previous dealership Finance experience.

Must have a strong PVR, and be able to provide proof of it.

Must have an above average CSI and be able to provide proof of it.

Must be a strong closer.

Must be able to manage others.

Must have the ability to cooperate with others.

Drug screening and background checks will be performed.

Must have bullet proof references.
