Southwest Dealer Services is looking for experienced Auto Sales professionals with an interest in becoming an exceptional Automotive F & I Specialist / Junior Account Rep! We will be filling multiple positions in our Kansas City market! We are looking for a TRUE TEAM PLAYER and are offering competitive pay and full benefits. Previous auto sales experience IS REQUIRED and a 4 year college degree is a MAJOR PLUS!

Work in existing accounts in a F&I sales position as fill-in, replacement during vacations, open spots.

Assist in implementing Southwest Dealer Services’ processes.

Assist in training underperforming finance managers..

Hold sales meetings.
