How many days per week do your GSM and Sales Managers work per week? How many hours? How many units per month do you sell?

How many Sales Managers (including GSM, Desk Managers, Used Car Managers, Closers) do you have and what size store are you---new and used sales combined? For example, a 200 car store many have 1 GSM, 2 Desk Managers/Closers, and a Used Car Manager.

We feel our Sales Managers have a great work schedule.  They work a 48-50 hour, five day work week, with a Saturday off every month.  They are given a day off and an evening off at 5 pm each week.  We are also closed on Sundays.  We have two stores, each with a New and Used Car Manager and one F&I Manager.  We recently added a floater F&I Manager working between the two stores.  We sell between 175 and 200 units per month between the two stores with the goal of reaching 250 by year-end.  We are now searching for a Sales Manager to add in order to reach our goal and beyond.
