I am interested in hearing from all Special Finance Managers on the current state of lending and finance for consumers with challenged credit. Would be especially interested in hearing from F&I professionals on their best practices and processes that have made them successful in this ever growing segment of the Automotive Industry.

Great info, I am of course working for barNone.com providing special finance leads and when I am talking to dealers with special finance departments I am always asked what are the best ways to drive better ROI and car sales through their special finance departments. So any and all information is always greatly appreciated.

I deal with several Special Finance Depts. across the Us. The best practice is to get a budget and target these individuals every month. As a past special finance director There are still several very aggressive lenders out there. I rehash deals every week with certain lenders for customers that have filed or are in bk. The success rate is huge only because these customers know they need another chance.
