Applicants should have self confidence and be self-starters, goal oriented, results driven and sales oriented. This position requires time management and communication skills including verbal, telephone and written communication, as well as computer and Internet proficiency.

This manager will supervise the BDC staff, set and maintain appointment objectives, extract, analyze and produce metrics reports, develop process improvement and follow up strategies, and update and maintain web-site advertising.
