With so much emphasis put on the end of the month, and I suppose rightly so it is easy to forget that a great start to the month makes the end of the month so much better. It is human nature for us to breathe a sigh of relief after the end of the month. To take a few days off mentally to bask in our accomplishments. However, if we maintain our mojo and momentum we have from the previous month we are setting ourselves up for another great month. All of us know that a great start to the month usually equates to a good month as a whole. Have you ever had a salesperson hit fast start, and then finish up badly? If you have it was because they laid down. So this month let's get our people off to a great start and we will end up with a great month. The spring looks very promising this year in our business. One bad day doesn't make a bad week, and one bad week doesn't make a bad month, but several bad days and weeks put together is a recipe for disaster. So let's get it started!!!
