Today I wish to speak about a dear subject Unleashing your Potential, which I feel is a very critcal part of becoming a success in any field of employment. When I hired people  I wanted to know  if they're Teachable.  Because some people just amaze me how they just can't get past their ego  and want to learn anything.So let me ask you , how many hours a wek do you spend on self development, like reading , watching video, listening to educational cd's  in your car, working on your closing skills, presentation skills, people skills ? You have to have the willingness to want to learn to be tops in your profession. One thing I've learned in life is no matter how much knowledge we acquire , no matter how successful you are  you will never reach your full potentiall. Why/  well we start at the bottom of a mountain , we climb that  mountain to the peak and then the next step we take , we are at the bottom ready to climb up the next one.Let me ask you , What additional knowledge do you need to be successful?Make a list of all the things you are willing to learn so you can have everything you want out of life.

Next  , how many times have you walked into your dealership all pumped up and ready to sell like a ROCKSTAR  because yesterday you closed a eal with a high dollar profit and a phat commission voucher . Theen your mgr says  your deal went down  because  of xxxxxxxxxxx , At that moment we will now find out about you, because a winner has the ability to pesist when others quit.So you have to have that ability to climb back up to that pealk once again . My good friend Willie Jolley says "A Setback is a Setup for a Comeback!   he says  'I have  only just a minute  , they are sixty seconds in it,What's upon me can't refuse it,didn't seek it didn't choose it,but it's up to me to use it,I'm gonna suffer if I lose it, give account if I abuse  it  just a tint little minute but an eternity is in it . So unlock your potential it only takes a minute to map out your success  in life
