Overview:
Conduct and update exciting course materials and curriculum, resulting in increased bottom-line profitability and improved employee performance. Conducting cutting-edge in-house and on-site training, facilitate business process improvement for major automotive dealer clients.
Responsibilities:
- In-House and on-site training with major automotive dealer clients
- Sell EFG's training services to clients and non-clients
- Remain current on industry issues and trends through networking, industry events and periodicals
- Partner with all EFG business units to assess and deliver training needs
- Responsible for managing individual revenue and expense budget
- Must have prior F&I experience
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Automotive industry experience required
Sales management experience required
Must have sales and F&I experience
Bachelor's degree with emphasis in business or finance a plus
Ability to multi-task and ability to successfully work in a fast paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong leadership skills
Must be willing to travel up to 60% of time
Proficiency in MS Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
