As we all evolve into a more dynamic business model, it seems like we can't buy cars fast enough, and when we can, we can't get them to our lots fast enough because the transportation company has not been dispatched? We may be under staffed? Not enough mechanics or our recon guys are only capable of doing so much because we only have 4 guys. The body shop is running 4 days behind? And so on...... What can we all share that works for you that might help somebody else's processes. What is your Rule of Thumb for you to get cars to the lots? 5 days? 7 Days? and how?
