It can be hard to get people to reach in their pockets and give you their money nowadays! What SPECIFIC actions or techniques are you using to build value during the sales process and get to a "Yeah we'll take it!"? Or when the sales manager asks a customer; "How did you like the car?" Your customer's response is an emphatic; "WE LOVE IT!"

Value starts with listening to what the client wants. We need to sell to what is important to them and not us. Value is doing a proper product presentation and demonstration drive. Value is humanizing yourself so they are not in "fear" of that evil car salesperson. If you show "valYOU" you will make more money.
