So Monday of this week noticing that things are slowing down I implemented an addition to our Walk Around. We have bee doing the walk around as Advisors, but only checking the Wipers, lights, and Tires. Starting Monday we are now Tag Teaming the Walk Arounds and having one Advisor Raise the hood and pull the fluids and check the Belts while the other is Walking with the Customer. What a turn around so far. Any one else doing this???
