Wow...I can't believe there are no replys!
I would share myself but all my funny storys are from the Vegas store and there is nothing PG13 about that place, even in a car dealership!
How about this....
One time we had a bet that we could trump a months worth of Towbin Dodge traffic in one weekend so we got creative. Had a bikini car wash and advertised it everywhere. Well after 5k people we still weren't at our goal so we put 5 bikini girls in the median of the busy 4 lane road in front of the dealership holding signs that said "this way to get wet like me!". There were sooo many accidents that day! Finally the cops made us move them to the sidewalk. 30k people walked thru by the end of the weekend tho! So, kiss my but blue genie!

My staff spoke with a major mooch over the phone -1200 tripple net loser. I told him to bring in his quote I am more than happy to match the quote. he brings in the quote it so misleading and not disclosed. I mention to him as we discussed before this quote is not valid therefore I am unable. He gets loud with me and goes off on the showroom floor. I ask him to take a seat while I call the originating dealers quote. He gets up and starts talking to what I belive is someone elses customers in the showroom. It didnt sound friendly so I ask him to leave ..keep in mind I am a nice person filled with integrity and honesty. When I ask him to leave he says why, I said you are making a scen a soliciting my customers... It happens to be his family LOL!

The situation was now outta control... I put on my fireman uniform and put the flames out.. I apoligized and was able to save a deal only to make another the next day woo hoo

This was a nightmare with a happy ending and a lesson learned lol...

Never assume!
