I wanted to start this discussion in order to improve our current product with ideas and suggestions from those in the industry....

So.... tell me.... what is the most important information you need upfront when you are contracting an out-of-state deal?

On DMV Nationwide, here is some of the information we currently provide at the point of sale:

Reciprocal Tax Calculations
Detailed information about the customer's home state's inspections
Trade-in credit information for their home state
Tax Rate look-ups per State/County/City

Recently, a customer of ours suggested we add a quick look-up for tax information on leases (due upfront or streamlined)..... It was a success!!!!

Anything else you can think of would be wonderful.... we are always looking for suggestions!
