I have 30 Years of expierence in the Retail auto industry. I believe the best places to work lare the ones that off the employee peace of mind for his family needs. That would be your benifits package. Now for the sales team I believe it goes a little further. Are they ready for the upturn that is headed our way? Is your sales staff really commited to our industry and your dealership? Or are they waiting for something better to come along? I believe the best sales staff are those that are commited to what you do. This keeps the five car a month guys from dragging down the new people. Do they know how to bring in plus business by getting out of their confort zone. Do they know how to maximize the business they are dealing with now? Does your salesmanagement team have the knowledge and ability to develop long term success with in the sales team? As you prepare for the business up turn that is heading our way?
