Hello everyone, 

I hope you can help me out with my question! 

I've been part of this board for a few months and visiting it semi-regularly. I have to say I'm a bit surprised at the lack of discussion on the subject of finding - screening - and hiring employees.

Since dealerships only go as far as their people take them, why is there so little talk of it on these boards?
