This was a video produced for Harris Ford in Seattle, WA.

They use this video/message along with others like it to display on Autotrader next to their vehicles. This video was designed with New Car buyers in mind to highlight one of the main concerns/fears of the internet shopper when choosing which dealership to "begin" shopping with.

The customer's fear is:

"The salesperson they end up with will not know much about the specific vehicle they want"

Every time a customer searches a piece of Harris Ford's New Inventory this Brand Statement video is shown with other types of Brand Statments. Keeping in mind the goal is to appeal to the customer emotionally, not to offer a "deal"...

 

The question is this:

These videos are also great for participating dealers to highlight on their Carfolks.com pages. We allow dealers and sales people to post videos on each of their pages to make a more powerful impact on customers and prospects.  

Mark, That is the great thing for the dealer's making these Brand and Department statements with video, is that there are really a ton of places where your dealership shows up online already. Once you have these videos created, you can put them up anywhere from Google Places, to your dealer page at Carfolks.com!
