The shopping experience you have depends  on many factors.First and foremost it begins with the Owner/s and the Gm/Gsm .Like all dealerships the  company policies and procedures set forth by exectutive management set the tone and filter downward to the entire staff. Most dealerships try to create a great buying experience, and the  manufacturers keep their eyes and ears to the ground when it comes to the customers experience managing the CSI reports that is shred with the dealers and the mgmt. staff The next group to share in your customers buying experience are your  Sales Managers One  of your sales mgrs. most important tasks are to closely monitor the sales staff and support professional and ethical behaviour.When people spend that kind of money on your product and services they desrve to be treated with the  upmost respect and dignity You have to develop a likeabilty factor and earn their trust.Your sales staff actually plays the biggest role  in your customers buying expereince You know the  old saying  "You catch more bees with honey than you do with vinegar" Just try  and remember  when it comes to customer feedback very few customers will give you the direct fedback you look for. So therefore you must dig deeper by looking for clues listening to your customers reactions to your staff, your processes and our facility. When you walk through that showroom door what's your first impression? Is there music in the background? Is it the right  music for your enviornment? Is it offensive and loud? Are your customers greeted by the sharkpool smoking , joking and swearing crew? Or by a group of well groomed and well dressed  and of course well trained professionals who properly welcome  your customers to the dealership! Even though a huge portion of your customers shop at your website prior to visting your dealership is your staff well educated to supply the correct  information to seal the appontment  and finalize the transaction? Your number one priority is to exceed all your customer's expectationsand create "A World Class CustomerExperience"Remember there are a thousand ways to turn your mindset inside out and start running your dealership the way your customers would like.
