Measure Up Group does a good job at phone training. However I'am not a fan of there sales training. The sales training is not realistic by any means. They actually use a phone grading system that monitors the phone calls and provides you with the out come of the phone calls. Al Dee is the owner of Measure Up Group and does all the training. Again I would recommend the phone training, but not the sales training. The phone training that he offers will increase profit if used consistently.

If the focus is on sales, I would recommend any of the top sales training/phone sales training companies. The process and handling of the customers will be similar and tracking the results hould be easy. As far as service training, it seems I run into many good ones who are regionally based and suggest dealers speak with each other about recmmendations.
