Hello everyone,
I own a multi-location boat and RV dealership that I have grown from nothing to a level where I now need to accomplish the following:
1. Motivate sales managers, finance managers and salespeople to sell and generate profit.
2. Compensate salespeople to actively pursue consignment units we can sell.
3. Increase numbers month over month etc.
4. Finally, until now I have been transparent with all true costs, packs etc and all I get is whining and complaining. How should I handle my cost verses a saleperson's cost?
