It really tied in with the comment I made to Wendell's post this morning regarding employees who are not educated properly on compliance issues or refuse to follow proper policies and procedures designed to safeguard the dealer's exposure to non-compliance and the stringent fines and penalties attached. Great read guys! This could spark a whole conversation regarding employees costing the dealer money in other various ways, and how do you know when it is time to cut the cord with the long-time deadwood employees.
