In the midst of doing some planning on a couple other webinars this week - I was wondering if there would be interest in a webinar for Nothing but Net members.

I am from Performance Mgmt Group and work for Douglas Austin. 

Generally in these webinars, we address how to identify the common indirect expense categories, strategies to reduce costs, and audit techniques to help control the costs.

YOU can accomplish internally many of the things we are tasked with doing by our clients - so if you are aiming to improve profitability, these concepts can be adopted by you and your staff to work towards increased net.
