OK, so here we are matching wits with our fellow trainers, consultants and industry experts. I love you all dearly but I would rather use my skills to help DEALERS and their organizations be BETTER dealers and organizations. All you dealers out there, how can we help YOU with your current issues?

Dugan,

You are absolutley 100% correct... "Preaching to the choir" so to speak! I think that this same concern is apparent in all these groups. Craig Lockerd and I have had this discussion numerous times and we feel that we just keep doing what we are doing and at some point, someone might catch on.

Perhaps someone reading this has some ideas or suggestions as to how we can attract more folks we could truly assist to join the group and partake in these discussions!

Nancy, just for your information, the picture was taken during a helicopter skiing adventure in British Columbia (actually I was on a snowboard). Having cleared that up.........

My greatest enjoyment is identifying an opportunity, developing a program to capitalize on that opportunity and having that program work as it is was designed. I like to see dealers and their organizations become MORE successful with my guidance. I have no problem sharing thoughts and ideas with my peers, but I am looking for the real deal. Where are they at? If there are any dealers in the group, I'd like to hear from them.
