      Generates excitement.
      Initiates activity, motivates.

Expressive is my style through in a little acting with a dose of humor with a very large dose of true sincereity
Interesting to note that only 9% of the population are Expressives, yet the personality description is most desired.  No wonder finding quality salespeople becomes so difficult.  Need the biggest and most efficient net possible to attract Expressives and the mix that we all are.

53% are Passives

6% of the population are Controllers

9% are Expressives

 

We need all types because they reflect the general population. The real key is how we train them to recognize and adapt their personality to the personality types of their prospects. Good leaders will have each sales person capitalize on his or her strengths.
