Personality with a strong willingness to excel....Ive noticed through the years that ex athletes seem to do well due to a certain "Competitive-ness". If you can harness those qualities and add the proper training...You will have a Superstar.

They sure do Glenn I was talking to somebody on FB today about that very same thing....for me a sale was like getting a hit,making a basket,catching a pass,hitting a dead solid perfect golf shot or rolling a strike....sport!....More chalk on the board the better!
