Who's fault is it that a WOMAN has such a hard time making it in todays Showroom
Is it the dealer principle or is the old attitude's of the managers on the showroom floor
Who ever is at fault its a shame because there is a lot of talent just waiting for a chance.

Things still are not fair. One of the things that people need to remember is that Trust is a huge factor in sales. People in general do trust women more than men in the Auto industry. Given a equal opportunely women can sell more cars. They certainly make the best finance managers. It is all about perceived trust.

Thats not a fair opening statement. Why is it that when someone tells you that there’s billions of stars in the universe, you believe them. But if they tell you there’s wet paint somewhere you have to touch it?
