Without the implication of reverse discrimination. Any stores known to have close to 50% Female Variable and Fixed operation's consultant female staffing?

Sorry, pertaining in the sales consultants' in variable and fixed operations productive roles.

We have over 800 stores using our HR software and a quick reveiw of the staffing at those stores doesn't indicate that any store has a fixed ops or sales department that is solely staffed by women.

Agree, discussion should have been more finite in definition via 50% male and female in Service and Sales consultation, otherwise, reverse discrimination. Sorry, for the mislead. So, who has reached parity out there.?
