    Adam...Now that you're running such a high functioning internet department...what wisdom can you share with us out here in the trenches?  What would you share with all your peers? What can you share with me?

    You have two people working with you who are both incredibly talented. I've got a slightly bigger set of stores, but no real employees to help me and do my bidding. It was great back when we were working together.

    I was able to get rid of the old internet guy who literally was working against me, but now it's just me, and the sales staff. One of the biggest hurdles I have to overcome is attitude.  Bad attitude permeates the behavior of almost everyone. Bad attitude is the mind killer, the deal killer, the end of everything.

    Anyway, I'm starting to get carried away.  Hope you're just killin' it!
