Not everyone gets approved for DealerELITE. To maintain the integrity of DealerELITE, tell us what you will have to offer once a dealerELITE member?: I am a Growth Coach and have passion for learning ways to help those I serve. I was at Cox Automotive for 7 years in a different dealership everyday diving into Autotrader and vAuto data. I saw the best to the not so great practices operationally and in leadership practices. I have now been a Marketing Director for almost 4 years and have been diving into the data to figure out what works as much as possible. Also have led the creation of an online training curriculum for on boarding people at our dealership including leadership training and emotional intelligence. I want to network with like minded positive people who want to learn and help others in Automotive Marketing and Leadership skills.
