Tom is an ICF certified executive coach with extensive sales and operational management experience in the automotive industry. He specializes in helping dealers, managers, and top sales and service profession create a winning formula for success in business and life.

Prior to transitioning into executive coaching, Tom held senior management positions in the automotive industry with two dealership groups in Atlanta. During his 25 year career, Tom and his teams created a culture of excellence resulting in increased market share, improved profitability, and award winning customer service. Under Tom’s leadership, his teams successfully navigated challenges and leveraged opportunities that resulted in growth, both for the individuals involved and the companies for which he worked.
