As part of an automotive CRM company I have the opportunity of visiting dealership across the country. This gives me insight to the many different processes & procedures dealers can implement at their store. I get to see first hand what really works in what environments. I also work closely with many different vendors and can offer insight into the pros & cons of different tools.
