Early success as a Sales Consultant led to my career in Automotive Management, Consulting and Training. My reputation as a respected member of the community and as a Slaes Manager who could increase both volume and gross helped me secure my first GM position at a Mercedes Benz and BMW dealership. This led to an opportunity to be part of the team that launched the first Saturn Franchise in New England which was followed 2 1/2 years later by an invitation to join the Saturn Corporate Training Team. In 2000 I left Saturn to start my own business as an independent consultant and contract trainer with an expertise in designing, writing and developing training. I have have had the good fortune to serve a number of private cap clients as well as providing these services to AutoNation Corporation for the the last 4 years. Currently I am expanding my business to include Webinar design and facilitation as well as using social media to enhance learning.
