I have also managed a collision repair center, estimator and body apprentice. Parts shipper to performance parts specialist. Warranty administrator to apprentice technician. Service advisor to manager. Professional people person. I have created customer service programs that have supported a success story in achieving an an award winning service department in loyalty, retention, best place to work, csi and tripled net forecast so far this year alone. I am always eager to learn more and share my experiences .
