- In 1991 started at Mills Chevrolet as a Salesperson. After a 18 mos. was promoted to F/I Mgr. I spent two years as department leader and the moved to the position of Sales Mgr. After learning how to manage and then lead for 10 years, I as asked to take over the sales team as General Sales Manager.
I have outside sales experience as Senior Digital Consultant with Cars.com for 5 yrs & 8 months.
I now help run an Automotive BDC, recruiting, create training curriculums, and conduct sales, CRM, and Service training.
