I have ten years experience within the Internet/E-Commerce side of the Auto industry. I have worked in nearly all phases of the process. I train our internet teams as well as sales/service management teams on technology that is implemented in our dealerships. Handle support level issues with the varied third-party companies that serve the automotive industry as well as gauge their ability to make an impact in our sales/service processes.
