I have over 24 years of success in fixed, operations and service management. I have experience that ranges from working for the manufacturer to running large retail centers as Fixed Operations Director and now training Sales and Service Managers on how to make their businesses profitable. I have the background and hands on experience that it takes to lead your people to success in these tough times. Spending only one week a month in each store as a Trainer, I have increased sales a minimum of 25% within the first month, with many stores yielding a 92% increase. If the Dealer looked at the Service Drive as he does Sales and F&I the service absorption would increase dramtically without writing up one more car. What I mean by this, is that Sales and F&I are measured on a per transaction basis. If these two areas are failing to be at or above guide the Dealer will spend money on training, make pay plan changes and will get it fixed.
