Basics of increasing CP sales and CSI. Tracking, inspecting and motivating are all keys. I have had year over year increases in CP sales of a minimum of 75% at my last two jobs using the same team members. CSI increases due to these processes. Example at current store: Ranked in the top 3% national in average CP RO sale. Ranked #2 in Western Region for CSI. Happy clients spend more money. RO count up 16%. Can help anyone be successful. It's what I love to do.
