- I am always looking to share my expertise and tips with industry experts like myself. I have gone from being a BDC coordinator with Sonic Automotive Porsche Audi West Houston, TX and was the #1 place eSales Volume in 2011 and I wanted to manage a department so I found Gillman Honda needed a BDC and I now oversee the internet dept/BDC for the #1 Honda Dealer in Houston and #2 Honda Dealer in a 5 state zone and #22 dealer nationwide. I handle 1200-2000 Internet leads per month through my department of 14 people with a closing ratio of 8-12%. I hope to be accepted here on Dealer Elite. Thank you!
