As a BDC/E-Commerce Specialist I have a passion for innovation in the digital environment with a desire to stay ahead of the curve and as a leader in the market. In 1984 I entered the auto business with youthful enthusiasm starting as a salesperson advancing my way up through management. During the early 90’s I began working with the internet and over time have become “A Student of The Web” using analytics and metrics to help determine positioning and success. In most recent years I have taken consulting and leadership roles in BDC development & operation, website management, customer retention, mobile marketing, video communication, and reputation management. December of 2011 I appeared on the cover of Digital Dealer Magazine. I have been involved with dealerships that ranked highly in Ward’s Top 100 E-Commerce Dealers Nationwide, and a winner of the Digital Dealer Website Excellence Award.
