Over 30 years in the automotive sector. Initially at BMW Canada working in Purchasing and Procurement. Twenty-five years at Magna International Inc., the last 14 years there as the Director of Human Resources. In 2008, I joined Karico Performance Solutions. We provide training and development for the front-line employees in the manufacturing sector. Focus is to engage, empower and energize employees to increase overall productivity and improve employee effectiveness. At Karico, our goal is to "rock the manufacturing world".
