Hi my name is Jennifer and I'm a BDC Manager for a Toyota Scion dealership in New York and my dealership will be transitioning from Higher Gear to Dealer Socket. This will be my first CRM transition and I would love to get some insight on how I can help make this a smooth transition. Any advice on questions I should be asking of Dealer Socket and Higher Gear for that matter would be greatly appreciated.
