Not everyone gets approved for DealerELITE. To maintain the integrity of DealerELITE, tell us what you will have to offer once a dealerELITE member?: My father was a single point dealer and I grew up in the business, started working @ 9 yrs old mowing grass, scrubbing walls, then worked in every department as I got older. Started full-time sales in 1989, then 1993 as Sales Manager, 1997 General Manager, 2003 my first personal investment in a dealership. Now I manage and am partners in 4 dealerships. Please pass on the "dealer's son" stereo types -- I have worked more hours, for less money and with higher expectations than my peers at every capacity as I grew professionally.
