Ken Kingstad has been a leader in the automotive industry since 1987 as a salesperson, manager, and partner of three Inc. 500 dealerships. He is nationally recognized as one of the leading management and sales trainers and is responsible for creating Automotive Dealership Sales and Business Development Systems (BDS).
Ken has conducted training workshops for FORTUNE 500 companies, and authored numerous training books including the ’Business Development System consulting guide for General Motors’. He has presented at conferences such as NADA/NIADA and frequently speaks to Dealer 20 Groups on how to achieve management and sales goals. Ken has given thousands of leadership and sales presentations over the past decade. Ken was affiliated with Anthony Robbins, and conducted phone-training workshops for Dave Anderson’s Learn to Lead Company.
Ken has the unique ability to take any dealership and make it reach its full potential - usually hitting Number One. When the automotive industry demands to know the "secret" or "magic bullet", Ken just smiles and responds that the magic bullet is actually an arsenal of tools, strategies and technologies that he is passionate about sharing with hungry dealers and motivated managers.
