Not everyone gets approved for DealerELITE. To maintain the integrity of DealerELITE, tell us what you will have to offer once a dealerELITE member?
I have been in the automotive business for about Ten Years now and just about all of which has been on the Internet Side. From the start as an Internet Salesman when people didn’t even know they could buy a car that way, to now running a full fledged BDC, Interactions with Clients, Meeting new people and having some great co-workers has really helped in being where I am today.
There are quite a few responsibilities that go into my position and I am sure I could be here for hours trying to name them all for those that would like to know, for now, Here are a few of the most important ones I deal with on a regular basis...
I am involved with the maintenance of the SEO, SEM & SVEO for all of our websites and also manage most of the content that goes into the many sites that I have helped build for my current dealer. Trying to keep the business on as many of the spots for page one rankings seems to be a full time job of its own and I am fortunate to have many vital people around me to assist in making this happen well.
I also manage the dealerships CRM system and feel that this is one of the most vital parts of maintaining a successful BDC / Internet Department. Accountability is the key to making everyone better and keeping on top of all the goals.
I love doing what I do and plan on keeping on this track for quite some time!
